We understand that emergencies or other obligations may arise. However, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment of any cancelations. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge for canceled appointments. Please understand that this is due to the nature of the services and timing that we offer. We schedule our clients based on their locations for the appointment, which includes travel time. This time frame is reserved and does not allow for other clients to reserve the time.
Please confirm your appointments when your text confirmation is sent before your appointment. Failure to confirm the appt may result in cancellation on our behalf. By confirming, it gives confidence that the client still wants services and is expecting our arrival.
Please allow a 15 min window before or after your appointment—unexpected delays on the road may occur. When we arrive, we also will only allow a 15 min wait time. Please be ready and available upon our arrival. If we arrive and the client becomes unavailable or not at the location, there will be a 100% charge of services booked.
