The beauty industry can come across as superficial or vein. As artists we get to see the industry from a different view and often forget our impact on women as a whole. We are committed as a company not only to build confidence for our client’s with how they look and feel about themselves but, also for ourselves. When you feel good and are confident to walk in rooms, that energy is contagious and great things can happen!
The founder Ashley Stone launched Beauty Entourage as a part time business to make ends meet in between building her career to one day open her dream salon. Mobile beauty was never thought of as a full time career let alone a viable business. Beauty Entourage began for Ashley, much like many businesses, as a side hustle.
In 2008, Beauty Entourage became an official entourage of 4 and was no longer a side hustle but, shaping up to be a business that was growing. Social Media was new and it was the official way word of mouth began to spread.As an early adopter to how powerful the internet could be for business, Beauty Entourage was at the beginning of what would change how we marketed and grew.
In 2012, Beauty Entourage became a full time business and outpacing brick and mortar salons. The dream for artists to have work/life balance was realized and it became Ashley’s mission to develop a company that helped artists thrive working less hours and higher pay.We discovered our identity and mission. To empower women through beauty.Enhancing our client’s features gave them the confidence and built self esteem. while at the same time building our artists confidence and self esteem created independent income that allowed them to flourish.
As the needs of our clients and artists changed, we expanded our service 0fferings and developed more opportunities in the mobile beauty space. BE Suite by Beauty Entourage is a luxury mobile suite that creates ownership and flexibility for artists looking to grow in their mobile career.

Ashley Nicole Stone is the founder and CEO of Beauty Entourage, a mobile beauty business that originated in Connecticut in 2005 and now spans across the country. For 18 years, Ashley has pursued her calling as an entrepreneur in all facets of the beauty industry. She is passionate about helping other beauty professionals create financial independence while doing what they love smarter, not harder. Entrepreneur Magazine has recognized Beauty Entourage as one of the top 360 entrepreneurial companies in America. Her bridal teams have provided mobile services to over 10,000 weddings and have been honored in BRIDES magazine as one of the country’s top hair and makeup team. Ashley has honed her craft as a stylist behind the chair, behind the camera, and on the runway. In business, she had gone from breaking even to seven-figure profits by pioneering new models for doing things better and faster – always with an eye on what’s next.
